Implementation of the European trends in the field of employment of people with disabilities into the Czech practice

The Czech Union for Supported Employment launched a two year project Implementation of the European trends in the field of employment of people with disabilities into the Czech practices in September 2010.

Main objectives of the project

A network with German and Austrian Associations of Supported Employment
Exchange of examples of good practise in SE
Good practise of SE in Germany and Austria (effective tools and method) will be identified
Expand the network of contacts and develop cooperation between Czech and foreign organizations, experts
Improve service quality through further education of job coaches
German and Austrian Association will participate as speakers in the 3^rd National Conference of SE in Prague in 2012

Main activities of the project

Thematic networking - getting an impression of how SE is practised and organized in the partner countries, sharing good practices in supported employment and exchange of experience
Preparation and realization of the 3 rd National Conference of Supported Employment - Promoting of supported employment in the Czech Republic , Sharing of good practices in SE - The 3 rd National Conference of SE with international participation will be held in June 2012 in Prague. The Austrian and the German partners will participate in the Conference as speakers.
Preparation and realization of thematic workshops lead by foreign experts
Three 3 days workshops
Creation of study materials and texts, renovation of CzUSE website
